Shipping Info

2-Day shipping is free on orders placed on the website and can also be upgraded to overnight shipping at checkout if needed. 

International shipping is free on orders over $100 USD. 

International shipments may require import duties depending on the country the order is being shipped.  Import duties are paid by the customer.

Orders are typically shipped the same-day that the order is placed or the next business day.  TerraSlate is rarely, if ever, out of stock.

Our turnaround time on printed orders is the fastest in the industry at two business days.  We can also do same-day or next-day production if needed.

All shipments come with tracking information provided by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS.  Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once you order is shipped.

We also send delivery confirmation emails so that if your packages are left outside, you will know the second it arrives so that you can get it.
