We only get a few returns each year, however we do have a 30 day return policy for our customers. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain the original purchase receipt so we can determine who to issue the refund to.
We will refund all sheets that arrive here in resellable condition so please make sure to pack and ship your return properly. We are happy to pay for return shipping on your order. Simply email email@example.com to request a return and a prepaid shipping label.
If you purchased a product that includes printing services, refunds cannot be made for misspellings, errors in the digital file received or failure to proofread. We will replace misprinted items or issues that are our fault. We cannot give refunds once a job has been printed.
Products purchased on external sites such as amazon.com, walmart.com, ebay.com, or others must be returned through the same channel through which it was purchased as per their policies.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We can also extend a credit to you for use on a future order if you would prefer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again in a few days. There can be some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you need to exchange your order for a different item, please email email@example.com and request an exchange and a prepaid shipping label. Make sure to write your order number on the outside of the box so we know who it's from when it arrives.
We cannot guarantee a refund for returns that do not arrive here or that get damaged in route, however this is rare if the return is packed well.
